Review: Collection 2000 Poptastic Eye Palette

One of my favorite eye palettes, besides the Sleek Divine: Storm eye palette is Collection 2000 Poptastic Eye Palette (pictured to the left). They have other called Collection 2000 Angelic Eye Palette, which I have been interested in trying out for awhile now.

I have discussed and raved about their products with friends, on my blog and also on my youtube channel. I have their concealer, several of their nail polishes and this neffty eye palette.

I love the packaging....it is super colorful and really directs your eyes to the eye palette.

It retails at £4.19, which is not a bad price for what I consider amazing quality eye shadows. Plus, you get 9 different colors for that price. They come with an eyeshadow applicator but sadly, I have lost it. I actually think it is in Los Angeles, left behind on my spring break trip. Oops!

Anyway, with the applicator it makes it extremely easy to apply the eyeshadow. Now that I am using it with my fingers, I create quite a mess.

As you see from the picture above, the eyeshadows are quite bright and let me assure you they are very pigmented. I got this eye shadow palette back in January and I still have it. It looks like it has barely been use.

Swatches: Really Pigmented
As the colors are bright (besides the yellow eyeshadow) I would advise using them mostly at night, to make your "night look" really pop. I was using these colors a lot when I first got them and I was using them for every look.

During the daytime, it really overwhelmed my eyes.

The black eyeshadow was the only one that was not being used but I have now found the perfect use for it: MY BRONZE SMOKEY EYE!

It is absolutely perfect for my second to last step in completely the bronze smokey eye :).

At first, I was hesitate to purchase it because I was not sure if I could pull it off.

But the colors stand on their own and also, are perfect for multiple eye looks. I'll for sure being doing some looks with this eye palette.

CHECK IT OUT!!

XOXO
