Eyes, eyes, eyes! Everything to do with the eyes have been my main focus area as of late. I have been investing in a few mascaras, eye shadows and eye liners.
Another one of my purchases in regard to eyes was Eylure Naturalites Intense Fake Eyelashes, this was my second purchase of fake eyelashes. My first was from the brand 2true.
I just happened to passing Claires on my to the big Boots near me and I was just overwhelmed by the amount of things I wanted to buy from there. I haven't been there since February, but in addition to two pairs of sunglasses I got these fake lashes.
They were £5.50, I was so excited to purchase them! They embody fierceness!
Once I got home with my other purchases, I rushed to put them on. The application was pretty simple. I would do a Youtube video on how to put them on but I lost the glue (FAIL!) and I didn't take a pic with them on (ANOTHER FAIL).
The only problem was once the glue was applied, putting them on my lashes the first time was an issue. They weren't staying in the right position, so I had to keep lining them as the glue was quickly drying.
Also, not every part of the fake lashes were sticking. Both left and right, the corner of my eyes they wouldn't stick. Maybe because I was taking too long to put them on or maybe I hadn't put enough glue on them. I am not quite sure.
It definitely felt weird having more lashes on top of mine but it was a good weird. A thrilling weird. A weird feeling I would like to experience again.
As these lashes are quite long and thick (perfect for a night out), I would definitely like to purchase more natural ones. Day to day ones.
Would I repurchase? Absolutely. Should you go get them? Yep! Are they good ones to begin with? I would say "no", I would go for shorter and more natural ones. Just to get use to the feeling.
XOXO
