Usually I am not a crazy hat fan, simply because I can't pull them off as well as some people but sometimes you have to wait for the perfect thing to come to you. Kinda like waiting for Prince Charming, but not. This wonderful accessory was waiting for me in my favorite department store, Target. It's a shopper's dream come true and some serious damage to the bank account can be done there. My mom and I proved that as well when we went there.
